Brand Designer
Our junior brand designers create custom logos and branding for our VIP Design Intensive clients, as well as assist the Creative Director in custom branding clients as needed. You will be tasked with logo design, print and packaging design, social media design, psd mockups, and brand guidelines creation. This position includes daily and/or weekly correspondence with our team and clients via email or Zoom.
- 2+ years of graphic design and brand design experience.
- Bachelor degree in graphic design, or related field, is helpful, but we're open to self-educated designers as well. If you produce good work, we're cool with however you've learned to do it.
- Good understanding of brand strategy and strategy-based design.
- Ability to design in a variety of styles. At Veda Branding, we design what is right for the project and not to the personal taste of ourselves or the client.
- Excellent work ethic, high-degree of self- accountability, a critical outside-the-box thinker, problem-solver, highly -organized, and detail-oriented.
- Native or second-language fluency in English, with excellent professional written communication skills.
- Excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
- Illustration skills in Photoshop, Adobe Fresco, Procreate, and/or Adobe Illustrator (for iPad) would be a big bonus, but not necessary.
- Skills in any of the following would be a big bonus, but not necessary: Adobe After Effects (graphic animation), or Adobe XD (3D rendering)

Showit Web Designer
Our junior Showit web designers customize our Showit templates for our VIP Design Intensive clients and shop customers. Your main tasks will be: 1.) customizing our templates with the clients' branding and content. 2.) redesigning within our templates, as needed, 3.) Embedding third party systems with the Showit Website, i.e. Shopify Lite, Payment Processors, Mail Chimp, Flodesk, Calendly, etc. This position includes daily and/or weekly correspondence with our team and clients via email or Zoom.
- 1+ year of Showit website design experience.
- A basic understanding of how layout and composition are important to design psychology.
- Familiarity with SEO for Showit websites. SEO knowledge not necessary; will train the right person.
- Familiarity with Wordpress and Shopify, as it relates to Showit, is helpful, but it's something that you can learn on the job, too.

Conversion Copywriter
Our conversion copywriters will be tasked with developing persuasive copy that aims to get a person to take a specific action, often to buy a product or service. They will also assist the Creative Director in developing a brand tone of voice and messaging for our custom branding clients, as well as writing website, email marketing, and social media copy for our clients in their brand tone of voice with clear messaging that highlights their unique selling points and differentiating factors in order to increase conversions. This position includes daily and/or weekly correspondence with our team and clients. You may also occasionally be assigned to write copy for Veda Branding as well.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of conversion copywriting for both B2B and B2C projects in the web design, print design, email marketing and social media spheres.
- Excellent (perfect) command of English grammar with near-native or native fluency, with excellent writing skills.
- A good understanding of brand strategy, including: brand messaging, brand tone of voice, target audience, market positioning, etc.
- A basic understanding of marketing and advertising.
- 3+ years experience in the copywriting industry
- Excellent work ethic, high-degree of self- accountability, a critical outside-the-box thinker, problem-solver, highly -organized, and detail-oriented.
