After purchasing your brand, we'll send you a link to complete a design questionnaire and to schedule your start date.
02 / questionnaire
Within 48 hours of your start date, you'll get a preview of your customized brand. One revision is included.
03 / design
Once the brand is finalized, I'll deliver all the files you need, so you can start planning to launch your new brand right away.

Semi-Custom Brands may be sold more than once, up to a maximum of five times, but we make our best effort to ensure that a brand is only sold once per geographical area and/or industry, or so that no two direct competitors with end up with the same brand. Semi-Custom Brands cannot be trademarked.
We typically only customize one Semi-Custom Brand per week, so it's first come first serve for scheduling your start date. Contact us to find out our current availability.
One round of revision is included for each Semi-Custom Brand. Additional revisions will be billed at $85 USD (approximately 300 AED) per hour.
The purchase of a Semi-Custom Brand does not include creating extra design elements, changing illustration themes, brand assets, collateral, or the purchase of any font licenses or paid stock photography. If you wish to add on additional services or change the custom illustration/brand mark/theme, we can provide you a quotation.
As a Semi-Custom Brand is a digital product, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
