After purchasing your brand, we'll send you a link to complete an online questionnaire and to schedule your start date.

Within 48 hours after your start date, we'll send you a preview of your customized brand. One revision is included.

Once the brand is finalized, we'll deliver all the files you need, so you can start planning to launch your new brand right away.

How many times is this brand sold?
The Fine Print
Semi-Custom Brands may be sold up to a maximum of three times. We make our best effort to ensure that a brand is only sold once per geographical area and/or industry, or, so that no two direct competitors will end up with the same brand, but this is not a guarantee.
How many revisions are included?
As the brand is already designed in its entirety and you know what it is that you're purchasing, only one round of revision is included for each Semi-Custom Brand, in order to adjust colors, spacing, and small details. Additional revisions will be billed at $85 USD per hour.
Can I add on to my package?
Yes, but this will be billed at $85 USD per hour. You'll need to contact us for a custom quotation. You can add on any of the following: print design, packaging design, illustrations, social media template design, animated logos, and 3D mockup design.
are the fonts included with package?
The purchase of a Semi-Custom Brand package does not include the purchase of any font license for your brand. We try use free fonts whenever possible, but some fonts require the purchase of desktop, commercial, and/or web font licenses.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FILES?
We typically only customize one Semi-Custom Brand per week, so it's first come first serve for scheduling your start date. Contact us to find out our current availability. Once your start date arrives, the process takes up to one week or 5 business days.
Can I have a refund if I don't like it?
As Semi-Custom Brands are digital products, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are allowed. If you're still unhappy with the final designs, after the allowed one round of revision, then you can purchase additional revisions.
who owns the copyright?
Semi-Custom Brands, as with all our design work, are copyrighted by Veda Branding and Natalie Merheb Creative. This is to establish us as the creator of the work and is an industry standard for all design, art, and visual creative works. Our designs are not to be copied, resold or redistributed.
what files will I receive?
All of your logos and design files will be sent to you in .AI, .EPS, JPG, and transparent-background PNG. The logos and text will converted to outlined scalable vectors, but the text will not be editable, with the exception of your business card file, which can be edited in Adobe Illustrator.
