After your consultation, we'll send you a contract and invoice, to be signed and submitted before we book your project into our schedule.

Before your start date, you'll need to submit the completed design questionnaire to us. This questionnaire has been developed to obtain the right information from you and to ensure we're aligned in how to move forward during your project.

When your start date arrives, we'll jump on a kick-off call first thing in the morning to discuss the design questionnaire, as well as to talk about your objectives and creative ideas for moving forward. We'll use our expertise to help you make strategic decisions when it comes to your design needs.

By the end of day 2, we'll send three logo and design concepts for you to review. We'll explain why each option matches the objectives we defined in our kick-off call.

At the beginning of day 3, we'll jump on another call to discuss the designs and make decisions on if any revisions are necessary. Two rounds of revisions are permitted. By the end of day 4, you'll be shown the final design.
REvisions

On day 5, we'll make sure your designs are pixel perfect and put together a brand style guide for you. By the end of the day, we'll deliver all your design files to you!
