It's important to make sure that we are a good fit for each other, so a telephone consultation will provide us time to ask questions and get to know each other. After your consultation, we'll send you a proposal. When you're ready to book, you'll also receive a contract and invoice for the deposit.
01. booking
Before your start date, you'll need to submit any brand or web questionnaires or strategy workbook that are part of your package. Our questionnaires and workbook have been developed to obtain the right information from you and to ensure we're aligned in how to move forward.
02. the homework
When your start date arrives, we'll jump on a strategy call to discuss your homework, your objectives and creative ideas for moving forward. If you're package includes brand strategy, we use the information you share with us and market research to develop and create your Brand Strategy Blueprint, a 25+ page document that summarizes your business identity and brand strategy, and a 3-concept Creative Direction presentation.
03. brand strategy
During the brand design phase, we will present three logo/brand design options. Two rounds of revision are permitted to your chosen design and, once finalized, we continue to design and build out your brand across any collateral and customer touch-points that are included in your project.
04. Brand design
During the web design phase, we will customize or design the home page first (depending on your package) and send it to you for review, before customizing or designing the interior pages of your website. When the website is finished, we'll jump on a one-on-one training call, where we'll share our screen and teach you how to update and manage your website yourself.
05. web design
Once your branding and website is complete, we'll make sure your designs are pixel perfect and prepare all your final files and off-boarding package. Your final payment is due before delivery of any files or handover of the website.
06. delivery
We regularly book Classic Branding projects, our one-week service, with little to no wait time. However, as a small agency, we only accept a limited number of Ultimate Branding projects each quarter and oftentimes book projects weeks or months in advance. For our Brand Accelerator Program, our 5 month partnership program, we only accept 4 clients per year, with the program starting in either September or January. Enroll ahead of time! Please send us an inquiry to know our earliest start date.
We value transparency in pricing, so we have a set base price for all of our signature packages For a complete list of our pricing and packages, please scroll this page to sign up for instant access to our pricing.
Typically, we require 50% deposit to book your project, with the remaining amount due before delivery of any files. However, we may be able to offer other payment plans, depending on the size and scope of your project. In all cases, we do require a signed contract and a deposit to secure your place in our calendar. Final payments must be made prior to handover of any final files or website transfer.
We accept payments by bank transfer, Paypal, credit card, and cash/check deposit.
Most of our websites are built on Showit. We've used many platforms for web design over the years, and Showit is, by far, the best platform we've ever used. Showit is a drag-and-drop website builder, so we can get as creative as we want with your design, without the need for complex coding. This means you'll also be able to update and maintain your website confidently and easily. Showit also offers amazing built-in SEO features and it integrates seamlessly with Wordpress and Shopify, so a high-powered blog and custom e-commerce shop is also very doable. Never used Showit? You can get a free trial account to try it out for yourself here. We also build bespoke Shopify-only websites for larger e-commerce projects. Please contact us for a custom quotation.
You can add on any of the following a la carte services on to your classic or ultimate branding package: illustration, logo animation, 3D product mockups, stationery design, packaging design, print design, social media content design, Canva templates design, website design, art direction (for photography and videography) and copywriting. All additional services beyond the base package will require a custom proposal after a consultation. At this time we do not offer a la carte services without also signing up for one of our base packages. In other words, we only do copywriting or packaging design for our existing branding clients.
Our Classic Branding package requires 1 week, or 6 working days, to complete, but please allow a few extra days for any unexpected delays, such as an illness or family emergency. Adding on a Classic Website will require an additional one week.
Our Ultimate Branding package requires approximately 4-6 weeks to complete but this does not include additional time required for any add-ons to your package. Your proposal will include a more precise timeline. Adding on a full-scale Ultimate Website will typically require an additional 4-6 weeks.
No. Deposits are non-refundable. We oftentimes book projects weeks or months in advance and, with that, turn away potential clients who require a quicker time frame. If you cancel your project, it leaves an empty space in our schedule that could have been given to someone else. Only in the event that we cancel a project will any refund be considered. Your contract will have full details on this.
